SMS-specific privacy commitments:
· We do not share SMS-related opt-in or opt-out data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile carriers may have separate practices we do not control.
· Opt-out requests (replies of STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, END, or CANCEL) are honored immediately and permanently across all MonoSol SMS campaigns.
· We do not text recipients during quiet hours (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM in the recipient's local time zone).
· Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is typically 2–4 messages per month per active conversation.

5. How We Share Information
MonoSol does not sell your personal information. We may share information only as follows:
- With service providers: Title companies, closing attorneys, real estate attorneys, contractors, inspectors, and licensed appraisers involved in a transaction.
- With prospective buyers: When MonoSol has a property under contract and is identifying an end buyer, we may share property details (address, condition, photos) but not the seller's personal identifying information without the seller's consent.
- With business affiliates: MonoSol may share information with affiliated entities under common ownership for legitimate business purposes.
- As required by law: In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes, or to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Information about completed transactions is retained per applicable record-keeping laws (generally 7 years). Information about non-responsive contacts is purged or anonymized within 24 months.

MonoSol's services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
