Overview
This SMS Messaging Policy explains how MonoSol LLC ("MonoSol," "we," or "us") uses text messaging in our real estate operations. It is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the carrier-mandated A2P 10DLC framework.
1. Who Receives SMS from MonoSol
MonoSol may send SMS messages to:
- Property owners whose contact information has been obtained from publicly available records consistent with applicable law
- Individuals who have voluntarily provided their phone number to MonoSol (for example, through a return contact form, by responding to mail or email, or by initiating a conversation with us)
- Cash buyers and real estate investors who have opted in to receive deal notifications from MonoSol
We do not purchase phone number lists for SMS marketing, and we do not text random or sequentially generated numbers.
2. Types of Messages
SMS communications from MonoSol fall into the following categories:
- Property inquiries: Initial outreach to property owners regarding potential purchase
- Conversational follow-up: Continued discussion with property owners who have responded to our outreach
- Transactional updates: Updates regarding an active or pending transaction (e.g., closing dates, inspections, document signing)
- Deal notifications to cash buyers: Notifications of available properties to opted-in real estate investors
3. Opt-Out Keywords
You may stop receiving SMS messages from MonoSol at any time by replying with any of the following keywords (case-insensitive):

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Once you opt out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from MonoSol unless you affirmatively opt back in by texting START or by initiating new contact with us.
4. Quiet Hours
MonoSol does not initiate SMS communications outside of the following hours, based on the recipient's local time zone:
- Permitted hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
- Restricted hours: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, and all hours on Sunday in jurisdictions where Sunday contact is restricted
Replies to recipient-initiated conversations may occur outside these hours but are kept to a minimum.
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency depends on the type of communication:
- Initial outreach: Maximum of one message per recipient unless they respond
- Active conversation: Typically 2–4 messages per month per active conversation
- Cash buyer deal alerts (opted-in only): Typically 4–8 messages per month, with the ability to adjust frequency on request
6. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to any SMS communications, as determined by your mobile carrier. MonoSol does not charge for SMS messages.
7. Privacy of SMS Data
MonoSol's commitments regarding SMS-related data:
· We do not sell, lease, or share SMS phone numbers, opt-in records, or message contents with third parties for marketing purposes.
· SMS-related data is used only for the purposes described in this policy and our Privacy Policy.
· Mobile carrier handling of SMS data is governed by the carriers' own privacy practices and is outside MonoSol's control.

9. Compliance and Enforcement
MonoSol operates within the following compliance frameworks:
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Federal regulation governing automated communications
- A2P 10DLC: Registered through Twilio with The Campaign Registry under a Standard Brand
- CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices: Voluntary industry framework
- Federal Do Not Call Registry: Checked before initial outreach
- State Do Not Call lists: Checked where applicable (e.g., Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania)
