SMS Messaging Policy

Overview

This SMS Messaging Policy explains how MonoSol LLC ("MonoSol," "we," or "us") uses text messaging in our real estate operations. It is designed to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and the carrier-mandated A2P 10DLC framework.

1. Who Receives SMS from MonoSol

Opt-out requests are processed immediately. Once you opt out, you will not receive any further SMS messages from MonoSol unless you affirmatively opt back in by texting START or by initiating new contact with us.

MonoSol does not initiate SMS communications outside of the following hours, based on the recipient's local time zone:

· We do not sell, lease, or share SMS phone numbers, opt-in records, or message contents with third parties for marketing purposes.

· SMS-related data is used only for the purposes described in this policy and our Privacy Policy.

· Mobile carrier handling of SMS data is governed by the carriers' own privacy practices and is outside MonoSol's control.

The following are representative examples of messages MonoSol may send:

Initial property outreach (cold):

Hi [Name], this is [Operator] with MonoSol. I'm a local real estate investor and noticed your property at [Address]. Are you open to discussing a potential cash offer? No pressure. Reply STOP to opt out.

Follow-up after no response:

Hi [Name], just checking back from MonoSol about [Address]. If you're not interested, just reply STOP and I won't message again. If you'd like to chat, I'm here. Thanks.

Transactional update:

[Name], confirming our walkthrough at [Address] tomorrow at 10am. Let me know if you need to reschedule. - [Operator], MonoSol

Cash buyer deal alert (opted-in recipient):

New off-market deal: 3BR/2BA in [Neighborhood], ARV ~$210K, est repairs $35K, asking $145K. Photos and details: [link]. Reply YES for full packet or STOP to opt out. - MonoSol
